Im representing the human resource dept of a renowned organisation. Wanted to get an insight of how to setup a HR dashboard. If somebody has a brief writeup or .xls for the same, i would be highly thankful.

Hi,
The dashboard has to me custome built as per the requirement. Dashboard would primarily maintain the overview of the HR project such as recruitment for a newly launched company and project and would maintain data of all the events and tally of numbers across the country/ company/ project etc. It has primarily a RAG (Required, Available and Gap) analysis. It may have breakdown as required e.g. As of today, YoY etc.
