Please help me out in solving problem of paper usage.
We are a career management comapny,We do lot of visa processing and immigrations.
so we have many walk in customers.
and we have more that 50 employees working in this process.Each employee will have more that 100 clients a day.so our employees use many papers in this process.
All our work is related to paper.we cannot live without paper.
all seniors please help me out to solve this problem,
Is there any format of excel to maintain the track of the same.
how to estimate the usage of paper and calculate cost according to usage.
Please help me out giving your valuable tips or solutions.

You may check out for IT solutions that are available in the market. These solutions should allow the candidates to enter all their details online before they arrive at your office.
Alternately, you can also develop a simple work-flow based spreadsheet that captures all the information and it can be used in a shared-mode by all the users.
If you can share more details, I can suggest a design for the same. However, what is the solution you are looking for? Paper-reduction to save cost? or Paper-reduction to improve work efficiency? or merely to track the cost of paper used in the process?

Through DMS you can keep scan copy of a ducument and that can really reduce the duplication of document and bring major cost cutting..

You can index your document.
You can approve & Verify the document
you can design work flow as well.

Our manager asked me to find a solution of paper usage and track the usage and the work gets stream lined.
scanned copies ofthe documents will be available in the system but then we have make a photocopy of the same to submit the clients.
What to do ,I am in dilema.
