Hi Smita,
Dear this is known as HAY method of evaluating performance,In this method All jobs are evaluated not only by the interpretation of the factor descriptions but within the context of all other jobs in the organization. There are four factors used in job evaluation in HAy methoid they are known as:
# Know How - skill, knowledge to perform the particular job
# Accountability: decision making and accountability
# Problem solving: thinking and the challenges faced in the job
# Working conditions.Which includes, environment, physical conditions, sensory attention, mental stress.
The HAy method drives the evaluation system based on these four factors.
