Dear HR's
I want to know abt best calucaltion system in performance appraisel after rating ...can any one guide me.
I want to know abt if Rating will be like ths.
a. Appraisee 80/100
b. Appraiser 70/100
c. Reviewer 75/100
then how we will be calculating.
( wat it shuld be like ths>>> a*20%+b*40%+c*40&) is it best procedure?
If anything else pls let me know.

i dont think we shuld take average of all three ( Aprraisee/appraiser/reviewer)

i think it shuld be like ths > a*20%+b*40%+c*40= a+b+c/20+40+40= a+b+c/100


ths is my opinion of calculation but now want to know the best procedure of calculation.

i mean to say if total marks will be 100 ,out of hundread the rating will be undergone nd finally it will be find like ths.
a. Appraisee 80/100
b. Appraiser 70/100
c. Reviewer 75/100

so can we calculate it like ths>>> a*20%( 80*20%) + b*40%( 70*40%) + c*40%(75*40%)

i.e. 16+28+30=74
now total marks is 74/100

and increment will be given on ths as per the compnies rules
as exp>>

marks increment
80 to 100 35 %
60 to 79 25%
50 to 59 15%
40 to 49 10%
< 40 no increment

as i have calulated 74 marks out of 100 then increment will be 25 %
