Can anyone tell me the format of a gate pass? I am working in a manufacturing company. Also, please advise me on what the procedure is if an employee leaves the factory premises for two hours.

Procedure for Leaving the Factory Premises

In case any employee wants to go out from the factory for two hours, the employee can fill in something called an outdoor duty form. In this form, the person has to fill in details such as when, where, and why they are going out, along with other information like the expected time for return. They should also specify whether they will be going out for personal reasons or for some office work.
