See for that , you can align your Hr Policy to the organisations growth & Organisations capacity , than & only than you will be able to cope up with other questions. All depends on organisation how the top management how they want to spend money to grow company & from that what they want to allocate to HR.

1.Top 5 industries in India that are recruiting
2.Top 5 Cities in India which are recruting
3.Top 5 companies in india that are recruting
4.Positions that recrutiment is more.
these are all i am looking at, but to my disappointment i am not able to get much data on this. Because you are into core HR i think you can help me out. Anydata realted to this would be of great help for me.
