To address this, you can align your HR policy with the organization's growth and capacity. Only then will you be able to handle other related questions. It all depends on how the top management of the organization decides to invest money to grow the company and what they choose to allocate to HR.

1. Top 5 industries in India that are recruiting.
2. Top 5 Cities in India which are recruiting.
3. Top 5 companies in India that are recruiting.
4. Positions where recruitment is high.
These are all I am looking for, but to my disappointment, I am not able to get much data on this. Since you are into core HR, I think you can help me out. Any data related to this would be of great help to me. Please assist me as I am working on a project related to this.
