I agree with you when you say dont gossip, this one of common mistakes many people do without even realising that they are gossiping
I also agree with you on the point that always be good listener, even if it comes from your employer, because it is always seen that best of best sugesstions comes from these people rather than well trained analyst.
but most people tend to ignore this!!!!:(
