Please could anyone help me with ideas on creating a welcome pack for new joiners, to be send with their offer letters. We are a management consultancy based in Dubai, and my boss has asked me to create this.

I produce visual maps that narrate through visual metaphors an organisation's story, it's beginnings through to its present situation and its strategic objectives. I have always thought that this kind of visual storytelling through metaphors would be a great way for any newcomers to understand the company their working for. Anyway it may be too elaborate for what your looking for but visual maps can also be simple.
