After my college days, through campus, I joined as a trainee in a popular company. After one year of training, I am now in the professional period. In July, I am going to receive confirmation. Due to personal problems, I have decided to resign from my job to pursue higher studies.
In my appointment letter, it is stated that my notice period is one month. I resigned at the end of last month, and currently, I am serving the notice period. However, my senior officers are requesting my college admission letter before issuing the relieving letter. Unfortunately, due to my economic situation, I am unable to pursue higher studies. I have received a job offer from another limited company that requires my relieving letter. My senior colleagues are skeptical about my new job and are causing issues with the relieving letter. I have a hard copy of my relieving letter and proof of serving the notice period.
I am feeling confused and anxious about my new job. Please help me, friends.

If you have a letter saying that you have resigned from your present company and they have accepted your resignation, that should be sufficient for you to join another company. Sometimes, many companies show this Hitler behavior. You need to make this point very clear to your new company.

Why did you lie to your present employer? Whatever I understood from your post is that your reason for resigning is the new job. You should have mentioned the reason for leaving as the new job offer. Since you are serving the notice period, I don't think giving a false reason was advisable. Moreover, some organizations conduct background checks as well. Just tell your employer about your new job offer, and I'm sure they will relieve you.
