I was on an Interviewing panel recently and the youngest member spent so much time proving he was smarter than every candidate and wasted his enery making them look & feel inadequate & stupid. The result was the candidates left disheartened and confused.
At the debrief I brought up the negative/arrogant attitude of the panel member but was informed that as he was a citizen of the country and we were mere expatriates he had a right to behave as he did!
