- What is the existing salary scenario in the companies like us(i.e. either same kind of business, same manpower. turnover size)?

For salary survey :
You need to have Job Description as it is always beneficial to have survey done on the basis of Job Description rather than designation.
You can get the survey done by Mafoi, Omam Consultancy they have a knack in this.
If you JD is not ready than these consultancy have a Form on which they can elicit information with regard to job and will go ahead with survey.
If not interested in the above then you can always go for readymade compensation survey done on basis of industry.
For salary restructuring you need to tell me what kind of salary structure existing in your company and what kind of salary structure your company intends to go ahead with.
