Hi guys, It only 12 weeks of ML. It is the choice of the employee now to take this 12 weeks as they wish. First it was 6 weeks of prenatal & 6 weeks of post Natal.

Dear All,
There is no such amendment in which it is written that it is extended for 6 months.
However, A female employee can take 12 weeks leaves as maternity leave.
The 6 weeks first to be taken in pre-delivery stage and the other after delivery.
Hope this information will help u.
Regards
