Dear Seniors, Presently we are facing some issues in our construction project site, one local party and their leaders forced us to deploy local people for the said work. But they are no at all skilled . Leaders warns us failing which they will start " Dharna" in front of our project. It hamper out Project work
Please let us know what will be the correct steps to reduce / stop / handle this issue.
