I am facing the same problem of "Awaiting Payment" status since last two days after i tried to pay through ICICI BANK net banking. Due to some reason the when i was redirected to the bank website from ECR page for payment , the net banking login did not happen and hence i had to close the window. When i went back to the unified portal for retrying i could see the status as "awaiting payment" and it just wont refresh. We have awailed PMRPY refund But When I tried to generate New Challan the PMRPY Refund amount is not reflecting. I have contacted PF dept but No Use., Moreover there is no helpline to escalate this issue as well so i tried to contact PMRPY via Email but no USe....... , But Why do these government agencies deploy applications without testing them properly. Any help on this regard would be highly appreciated, Feel free to contact me on +919945744144

How to Solve this Problem ...? I wil Explain Step By Step Kindly Follow the Below Steps...
1. take Screen Shot of Awaiting Payment Status. Put a mail to your EPFO branch & do visit the EPFO Depart immediately with hard copy & meet the EPFO commissioner / EDP Section & submit the Copy, take the Acknowledgement of the same.
2. After two days Check in through your Employer Login ID if it is Done make the payment or else revisit the Department & follow up again & Again.. it wil be done...
