I hope you are referring to a Circular for all employees advising them to use Biometric access without fail !


Dear Employees,

Time and again we have advised all employees to use Biometric access without fail. It is observed that some of the employees are not using the Biometric access properly. Please be informed that you attendance and salary is calculated based on biometric entry only. Please note that henceforth if you fail to use biometric access we will be constrained to mark absent for that said day and will be adjusted against accumulated leave balance. Any body facing issue in using biometric access like fingerprint scanner is not working please bring it our knowledge so as to rectify it immediately. All your co-operation is solicited.
