I'm in seek of help from you all in regards to my PF withdrawal.
My past organisation has their own PF trust and i'm facing difficulty in claiming my pf amount since they are not co-operating.
I submitted my forms completed in all manners through Registered Post and have an acknowledgement of same on mail from the consignee. Also a senior official confirmed me on the mail that my forms are in process. I asked them to share a copy of submission proof but they never replied on it. After sending several reminders i did not get any response or proof of submission therefore i decided to put a complaint with RPFC.
After keeping silient for more than a month they replied me that they never received my forms and the confirmation regarding processing of my form was given by mistake.
I replied to them with all supporting proofs and mails to convince them that my forms were received by their executive but to no avail. Meanwhile RPFC replied that PF claim will be settled by board of trusts only.
I then decided not to waste my time and send a fresh application. To be on safer side I mailed them to share copy of forms and list of supporting documents required by them to settle my claim so that later they wont complain about missing document.
But to my disheartenment they have stopped replying on my mails. Now neither they are processing my already received forms nor they are allowing me to submit a fresh withdrawal application.
I've even written a complaint to the MD of the company informing about all the troubles i've gone through. I also pleaded for help in this matter but there is no response from him.
Now please suggest me how should I proceed in this case since my money is stuck in their PF TRUST.

Please Donot Worry and your money is safe.As the Case Of withdrawl,please make a formal compaint by writing all facts and proof to Concerned RPFC.If still you are not getting Proper reply than send a legal notice through advocate by making RPFC and trust a party.
Finally you can file a case inconsumer forum.

Sir I already filled a complaint in RPFC but they replied Provident Fund will be cleared by Board of Trust and Pension Fund will be cleared on receipt of forms.
Today I've filed a complaint in consumer forum also. I'll ensure to send a legal notice through advocate very soon.
Also sir I want to set an example for all my ex-colleagues so that organisations like this wont dare to harass employees in future again like they are doing with me. Any suggestions in this regards.

Hi I have a similar situation but with a different twist by the employer. I was working for a call center in Sept 2001-May 2003. Initially the call center was started by a software company. After 1 year they moved the name of the call center to a different name and called it the subsidiary of the parent company. After 1 year the subsidiary company (call center) was laid off as they didn\'t have enough funds to pay for the leased lines for International calling. I went to this call center and obtained my experience certificate ,service certificate.
I went to the company to speak with the MD but I was not allowed to meet him.I submitted all copies of my salary slips from day 1 showing my PF deduction ,my appointment letter duly signed by the MD of the parent company and was informed I will get a call back which did not get for 1 year now.
