Dear All,
During interview, the employer suggested salary scale that is lower than my suggestion very much, I refused. After interview, I don't understand why I answered that I am anxious the salary scale I suggested. this company is a new company, so there are many works to do for HR & Admin manager but I can go to work in the morning and go home in the evening ( this is my hope because I have 2 small sons) and I have chance to work for technology company. I considered carefully and I am anxious to work for this company but I made mistake in the interview.
Now I would like to share with you and pls give me your advise: should I contact recruitment staff of this company and said that I accept with the salary scale of his company's suggestion and hope to have chance to work? and How I have to do now?

Ultimately, you are the decision maker. You have to assess yourself what you want to do.
If everything else is positive in the new place, give it a re-thought. Study company's growth plans etc. so even if not now, what are the chances of getting the rise / expected salary in future. If the offered salary by company is affecting your budget and you have more opportunities in the pipeline, you can always look for better options.

This is new company - establish in Jan 2014. There is nothing to ensure that it will become a famous company in the short time. I like it because It is new company and it business in technology and I can stay at home with my sons in the morning. I live in outside of Hanoi, Vietnam where there is very few factory about garment while I work in garment factory for long time. It is my limited. I usually work in other province and stay at accommodation from Monday to Saturday. Now I really want to work near my home so that I can go home in the morning.
What a pity! I made mistake in the interview.
I will consider more and get experience for next interview
