Regarding fear of interviews, there is no better way to overcome the fear than being prepared. Prepare yourself for interviews, regardless of whether you have an interview scheduled or not. Keep preparing every day for that interview that you "may" get. When you do get that interview, fair well to the best of your ability. If you don't get thru the interview, don't get disheartened. Learn from the interview, try to analyze and understand where and what you could have done wrong and prepare more to correct those mistakes. The hope is that you will perform better in the next interview. This way, every interview you attend and don't get thru must be a learning for you in preparation of the next interview. Eventually, you will be confident about your knowledge, will overcome the fear, and convert an interview into a job offer.

All the best
