I am heading the offshore delivery for a US based placement company focussed on Leadership hiring for the US for IT Services firms. Since we are finding it hard to hire experiences recruiters in our field, (we get mostly technical recruiters) I am looking for some training material which would help me train a new batch of freshers to the recruitment industry on US hiring, Leadership hiring, etc. This seems to be a very niche skill set and only in house recruiters in IT Services companies seem to be doing this for their own companies in the US.
Can any one PLEASE help me with some US related recruitment training material? I need content for at least 2 weeks of training.

I have around 2+ years of exp in US biased with an MNC. Please do let me know if i have any abroad opportunities.. can anyone have guiding to me related fields have gotten better opportunities it recruitment or any other training that need to require I am ready take opportunity. .Thanks & Regards
