Dear RK Sinha,
If IT sector had best retention policy, it would not experienced attrition of the highest level.
To retain your employees you need to go back to basics. I have come across with many companies having inclination to use American management jargon but not addressing Indian labour laws well!
Employee retention is a result of your organisation culture. Build the organisation culture that is conducive for the retention and see the change!

Hello RK Sinha:
The best employee retention policy is what will get adopted and works.
Our 50,000+ clients find that hiring competent employees who also have a maximum talent for the job increases employee retention and boosts new hire productivity.
How do you measure talent?

Hi Bob,
I dont know about the private sector talent's but i can tell you about the Government sector talent, its merely on the degrees and diplomas.
Many Degrees and Diploma means you are very much talented in the Government Sector.
Can you share some retention articles with me as i am working on the project over retention policy.
with regards

Unfortunately, neither is talent.

Yes, believe you are correct but it just means you are well educated.
