Dear All, Kindly help in sharing best salary structures for employees on CTC above 10 Lacs which can save their Tax and is better for them.
I have to redesign a structure for my employees and CEO. Kindly share best structure for slabs >10 Lac, <10 Lac, >20 Lac & >45Lac.

Dear Poonam,
For framing any remuneration structure there are lot of ifs and buts to answer. Are you interested to frame remuneration structure based on present condition or based on new labor codes?
It is also essential to know the organization policy on PF contribution - up to statutory cap or at upper limit irrespective of Basic & DA. Is there any excluded employee under PF? What are the different components in monthly remuneration package as well as yearly remuneration package as per organization policy. What are the different insurances - mediclaim, GPA etc. Is there any Co's car policy, any variable pay as profit sharing incentive/bonus and so on.
Until the above are clear, it is not possible to suggest something scientifically about remuneration structure.
