I need the Reports format for Recruiter working for a consultancy, where the detail should contain how many candidates scheduled for interview, offered candidates, joined candidates & client details.
And How to set the targets for individual recruiter working for IT,NON IT & ITES Verticals . i.e. daily,weekly & monthly targets & how to keep a track of their performance.
