Dear Delegates.
I have one query regards ESIC Half year return form 5, pls confirm, if more than 40 employees it's mandated to take CA validation and upload it into the portal.
ESIC Department Teams says it's not a mandate, but I asked for any notification to communicate the same to our audit team, and they don't have any.
I requested in this forum to update the details regards requirements.
Pls, do the needful.
