As per my records and the official documentation, my resignation from [Previous Company] was effective on 2nd May 2022, and I commenced my employment with [Current Company] on the same day.
However, I recently received documents from [Previous Company] indicating that my last working day was 6th May 2022. This has raised concerns for me, particularly regarding background verification, as it might give the impression of dual employment during the mentioned period.
How can I avoid this and get rid of dual employment?
Please Suggest that the Previous Company said we have all the proof of 6th May, so we can't change this; this is against compliance.
