Hello Sir,
Our EPF works are done by the one of the consultancy and now we changed the consultancy and we are just going to start to use ECR tool for all the works relate to EPF. He just create a admin user in the ECR toll, after that he dont know how to use that . please help.

I feel its better to use excel tool to file returns rather than EPF software. If you want to use that tool then you have to update all the employee details of even the left employees. If you are ready to update then its better to use E-return tool

Hi Saneer,
Instructions to create account, upload bulk data onto ECR tool is very well framed and documented and published in EPF website.
Its very easy and simple.

Sir,
Thanks for your response, as mentioned may be our consultancy were used EPF tool for remitting and all, so, if there is any chances to recover that data or i need to add them again ? if i add there will be a duplication or not.

What you can do is you can take the backup of the data related to your company & try to retrieve the same data. So that you can save time. After retreival you try to add new employees if any and process the E-Return tool for epf

Dear Saneer,
It is very easy now a days.
Just download the software from EPFO site and update your company and employee profile accordingly.
Hope you have the details regarding e return submitted by your consultant. Ask him to give the details.
I am using this software since Dec 2012. It is very easy . Just start it.
