Dear Mukesh,
This is very simple and easy to prepare the ECR file, just login into the employer portal and download the ECR Instructions.
The format is attached for your ready reference, delete the first row when you enter the whole data then save the excel file as comma delimited, then replace all "," with "#~#" as per instruction file.

    I have given the formulas as given belwo, pls tell me if it is correct:-
    EPF Wages - Basic + DA
    EPS Wages _ Basic + DA
    EPF Cont (EE Share ) - 12%
    EPF Cont (EE share remitted) -12%
    EPS cont due - 8.33%
    Eps cont. being remitted - 8.33%
    Diff EPF & EPS - 3.67%
    Diff EPF & EPS being remitted - 3.67%
    Pls let us know where we should mention the admin charges of 1.1%, 0.5% & 0.01% resp.

    All formulas seems okay except the following:-
    1) EPS wages = if(basic+da>6500,6500,basic+da)
    2) Diff EPS & EPS = EPF Cont (EE Share )- EPS cont due - 8.33% i.e. 3.67% but sometimes higher due to 8.33% on max. 6500.
    The admin charges A/c 2 @ 1.1, A/c 21@ 0.5% on Max, 6500/-and A/c 22 @ .01% are to be calculated mannually and will be enter later when you proceeded for ECR upload.
