Hello! I'm a 24 YO Engineering graduate, who joined a new MNC(IT). I had to hide my previous employment because I left there after my resignation but did not serve a notice period. I had no idea about the effects. I just worked for a few months but I had a PF account. Now when I am filling out the forms for the new job it's asking for many details which leads to exposure of my previous job (non-IT).
There is no direct contact to talk to HR also not mentioned before. What should I do now? I've not filled out many forms till now and have not added my bank details too. But accepted offer letter and signed.
Is there any way back? I know filling form will expose the previous job. I'm regretting it. What to do now?
