Dear All, I recently started working in the Printing industries ( safety printers), found the training schedule used needed an update. Since I am new to this filed not sure what all training can be given to workers/staff's on a need basis, all I could muster up was basic training on color mixing (law of color) and machine handling. It would be helpful if any of you could shed some light in this regard. Thanks in Advance.

Dear Adhiyaman,
Since you are from the manufacturing company, I recommend you giving strong emphasis on conducting the training programmes on quality-related topics.
Before conducting the training, measure Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Later conduct the training programmes and then measure COPQ once more. This will help you assess the impact of the training programmes.
Thanks,
