Dear all, Please help me to write apology letter on behalf of my company to security service provider to discontinue the service from so n so date, we no longer required their service due to some internal issues. we are very happy with their service but unfortunately we are not able to continue with it.
Can anyone help me to draft a letter for the same. its urgent. Waiting for the reply.

Act according to the Terms & Conditions of the Contract executed between your Esta and the Secuiry Service Provider Esta. In case unilateral termination of Contract Executed is premature, honestly state the reasons therefor.
