One of employee submitted request online to link old PF member ID with us (new employer). in both companies UAN is same and from day 1 we are submitting PF contribution in his old UAN. But his old PF amount is not yet transferred to new employer id.
He has submitted online request for transfer but its showing in "In-actionable" and employer not able to approve. pls suggest how to proceed.
