Hi All, In EPF my friend's previous experience 3.5 years. And present organization experience is 12 days. If I transfer the EPF amount from the previous to the present organization. Shall I withdraw the EPS contribution?

Who is the querist, your friend or you? At any rate, EPS contribution cannot be withdrawn when you are still in service. If the employee is unemployed for 60 straight days (two months) or more after leaving a job or after resignation from a job before they turn 58 years of age can withdraw the full PF balance depending on the years of service and the EPS amount.
