I am working with Ocwen Financial Solution Pvt Limted (Regd. off. - Bangalore, India)work location in Mumbai. It\'s a KPO based on U.S HAMP (Home Affordable modification program)introduced by US president Mr.B Obama. my work is related to Loan processing & underwriting for US Citizen only.we are not getting Indian Festival holidays which are declared by Indian govt. even on 26th January, 2012. my office is working when i speak to Team leader he told me that you are eligible to get only US holiday because it\'s a US process but in my Offer of Employment & employment agreement they haven\'t written this clause that holidays will be on US based.
Kindly give me suggestion how to overcome from this problem.

Note : In my employment letter it is written as (This Agreement is made with reference to the law of India and the appropriate court in Bangalore will be the jurisdiction for all legal governance.)
