Hello. What is the difference between various HR designations? Which post is on upper side among the following : HR Officer, HR Executive, HR Assistant. (i mean 'based on Organisational Chart).

This is completely depends on the organisation to organisation as not the all organisation has these designation. Mostly the HR Executive and HR Officer is equivalent position where as HR Assistance is the lower post.
