Dear All
Iam working for in a service sector company, we have a contract with with a company which is under state and central partnership from past 1 year. we have both state and central registrations & Iam submitting half yearly labour returns to both central and state labour commissions.now client is insisting that we should have only one registration and that should be from state, they are asking me to cancel the central, i have applied form VI-A and cancelled the central license. problem is solved and my query is:
Client's legal experts told me that if we possess two licenses it's fraud and they will legally prosecute is it so..,
Iam not sure B'coz that property belongs to both central and state what's wrong in having two licenses...,
Kindly resolve the query...,

Its very simple, when you are drafting any post, thare 1 option called manage attchmnt..through that u can upload file from your computer or else u can upload it from URL...got it :)
