Dear members, My CA say that ROC has rejected proposal for name and i should either change name or , pay some royalty to another company having the name :
But : - when i search on mca website for company name : it says no data available , means the name i want to keep for company is already not choosen by some one
--------- My wish to keep name is : infiniteshivtechnologies pvt ltd ---------- on MCA website no one chosen same or any identical name.
What should I do , I dont know weather CA is cheating or some thing else.

When you apply for name for your proposed company, you give three names in your preferences. If the first one is already allotted to some one, preference is given to second one in order and then to the third one.
By seeing you'd first preference, it is not a common name. What happened to your other two preferences?

Or we should try again with

or any other way out possible to stick to INFINITE SHIV TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD

First check with the CA and the ROC the reason for rejection of the name and take further action accordingly.
