I Recently got placed in Cognizant. They are asking me to provide all my educational certificates ( 10th, 12th , UG & PG)
For UG & PG my job consultant is asking semester wise mark-sheets.
The issue is that for UG I don't have all semester wise marks sheets and my CMM shows classification of all sem wise marks sheets.
Does this effect my offer?
Please note that I carrying an experience of 5 years and I have all the relevant documents?

I don't think that the marks sheet are mandatory when you provide provisional or final certificate. In case they insist, you can request them for time, apply for duplicates and submit. Suggest to be very clear on your communication, better to submit in writing.
I don't think it is a constraint for issuing offer or joining.
