Difficulty in working in ESI portal - What is the requirement for the system to work?

What is the requirement for the system to work in ESI portal without any technical glitch. Kindly give suggestion.

There may be some technical issues. Earlier the portal was okay only with old versions, I think 35 or similar (ESR version), of Mozila Firefox. Try through Mozila
