Dear Sir,
May I convince my new employer and third party BGV agency for my submission of Previous employer PF Proof and offer letter instead of relieving letter which was not provided?
Due to some personal issues I resigned my previous job within one month period. The employer refused to give the relieving letter because the probation period is 6 months. But they told that use PF account and offer letter as a proof for your future employment.
Shall I explain this scenario to my new employer and third party BGV agency?
Pls help me...

Dear Colleague,
You need to ignore this One month service by informing your current employer / current employer's HR. Normally such BVG is initiated with outside 3rd party by the employer which is a confidential process. You need not entertain any direct communication with the Agency doing BVG but you have to inform only to the current employer. You may very well show PF portal details as a proof in the absence of relieving order. In future do not show this experience or if you show mention that " No relieving letter" etc in the CV/ Employment Forms etc.
