Is there any specific percentage to decide basic, HRA or other conveyance...??
Suppose CTC is 15000 p.m or 1.80 Lac p.a
then how to make a salary break up for above mentioned.

actually it's not very clear to me.. ok, even my question is the same.. for HRA.. in some figures it is 10% & in some itis 12%????
n another thing why in some cases ESI have been diducted n in some there are no diductions
