a) Technical b) Finance c) Marketing d) Administrative/HR e) If others, please specify ________
2) Apart of your department, do you have some additional knowledge of any other department?
a) No b) Yes If yes, specify department___________
3) Did you ever helped out any of your coleague or peer to solve any problem? (your coleague/peer is from other department)
a) Yes b) No If yes, specify Department__________
4) For performing in better way everytime, you :
a) Self-motivator b) require external motivation(appreciation,rewards,etc) c) both
5) Do you consider yourself as
a) Just an employee b) member of an organisation
6) Do your upper line or management take your opinion or views for any decision making?

Note you can mention and keep as confidential data just for management:
1) As per ques no. 2 and 3, one side of coin is person can be helpful at time of leave of other dept. person, but on other side of coin is - person may be dangerous n need to keep eye as can interfere and misuse other dept data
2) As per ques no.7, his duration with organisation, shows his satisfaction level with his job and organisation

Can u plz send me some more such (safe to ask & to the point) questions for managers & staff cadre employees to measure their level of engagement wid the company? also can u plz tell me hw can i recognize/categorize the employees after filling up d questionnaires?.. i.e. whether they r engaged, not engaged or actively disengaged with d oraganization?. let me knw tht i m aware of SPSS-a software for statistical analysis of survey. In that i knw upto mean,median,mode & central deviation & not more thn that. But, i wnt any other easy & less time-consuming devices than SPSS software. bcoz i find it a bit complicated & difficult/confused.sir/mam, plz help me...I hv to submit my project report on second week of feb. Hope to hear from u very soon...

There are 3 types of employee in this regard: 1) engaged 2) not engaged & 3) actively disengaged. But after filling up the questionnaire,how can i distinguish the employees in the above mentioned categories? can you please suggest some easy and less time consuming device/technique to differentiate them? I have less time to prepare my project report,, Please help me as early as possible. & let me make you know that I am a little bit aware of SPSS-a statistical software. But i find it complicated and time consuming...So sir please help me solve this query. I am in badly need of some experienced in this field.I want to make my project qualitative and an instance of a standard work... Hope for a positive reply form you very soon..

Yes, its my last project and not any mid-year internship.I am in last semester. Sir, i am really sorry for misunderstanding. Actually i was not clear about the deadline. But i have whole February to prepare report. And right now i am planning to take 100 employees as my sample size,,but then it depends...perhaps may happen that i need to reduce also, but am targeting to 100. And there total 500 permanent employees and rest of all other are contract labours but i am not concerned with them.
