Can anyone please suggest me policy points for the summer season? My employees are working in a first-floor workshop. The roof of the workshop is made of sheets. So, during the afternoon, the temperature of the workshop reaches 45 degrees, so their working capacity decreases. We give them a drink to keep them supplied with glucose. Can I make a policy for this that is in their interest?
