(KINDLY TREAT THIS AS URGENT)
I need a draft copy of an agreement to be entered into with the Labour Contractor for employment of labour through Labour Contractor. This labour would be employed for manufacturing activities (i.e. as machine operators, quality checker, housekeeping, loading unloading, labour required in stores, maitenance, fiinishing, packing dept. etc.) We have a small workforce on our pay roll (doing the same nature of job as that of contract labour), and rest of the labour we would like to recruit on contract.
If any body could help me with a copy of agreement kindly do so by sending it on my e-mail ID
Thanking you,

Dear Kulkarni,
As per your version you seem to be in HR department. Even if you are not in HR it is always advisable for drafting yourself a copy of the agreement and seek suggestions to the forum.
Seniors are always there to help you.
But also check out one thing, you are stating a labour supply agreement and other side you are stating their services to be in quality, machine operation etc, which become core functions.
Please take necessary steps to ensure (check for the license of Labour supplier) it is a valid agreement which is being entered into.
