I am HR grad with experience in recruitment with a consultancy.Currently I have left my job and m looking for some corporate opening.. the sad part is the only offers I am getting is either from recruitment firms or from BPO for the post of HR Recruiter. I want to know is whether joining a BPO restrict and confine the further growth prospects and whether I will be later be able to get opportunity in any other industry.
Pls help me out cos I really want to take up a job now. Your opnions would help me out in deciding.

You haven't mentioned the reasons 'why' & 'when' you left the last job.
Suggest you go thru the below mentioned thread--that has a lot of similarities with your case/situation, especially w.r.t. the options available vis-a-vis the limitations & aspirations you have.
