I'm a new member to the forum. Im a second year MBA student and even I'm doing a project on employee rewards and recognition. My project is specific to the media sector. I would really appreciate it if anyone can share information relating to the rewards and recognition policies of media companies.
I'm looking for information along these lines:
- What kind of rewards are being offered? (employee of the month/year.etc)
- What format (cash rewards/vouchers.. etc)
- How are employees selected for the rewards? who selects?
- Based on what parameters?
- How often are employees rewarded?
- Where are they rewarded? (Office/party/hotel etc)
- Who rewards them? (MD etc)
I would really appreciate any help that I can get.
