Oh , Thanks a ton ,Shaktiraj, u helped sme a lot , i wrote your HR planning strategy in my paper. Well for HR summer training - it could be PMS , Employee Relations, Selection procudure in IT/ITES sectors. last year i gave training for headhunting in recruitment . First u need to choose the topic and then move on....
