One of my clients is a Labour Contractor who supplies labour to various companies applied for CLRA Maharashtra in 2020 for 200 employees & paid the Security deposit of Rs. One Lakh. His application was rejected by the ALC office for silly reasons, even after re-applying three times. Can any experts suggest how to recollect that Security deposit of Rs. One Lakh. When we try to fresh an application this year, it won't accept the previously paid security deposit.
