Can you help me in finding the way out? just giving you a bit detail:
I'm still an employee of the Company but 13 months been passed that I have given the charge of my present job. and yet my Company hadn't given me another job neither said and the officials says that the property on which the Company is presently doing business just do a new agreement of rent as it is near about to expire the previous one so you will get the job and clearance too. And on neglecting you will neither receiveda job nor clearance. For this purpose the Company had sent me 3 Show Cause Notices + Letters and I had replied to every one. But recently as reply I had sent detailed reply of my job from joing till now and in reply very lately which I demanded several times said we didn't received. And now the Company had summed up all Show Cause Notices+Letters in its recently sent Show Cause Notice and just a new information on one page is given which is also incomplete.
Now pl. suggest me what should I do now and one thing more I must say. several times I had cleared my job fields to them but they are not accepting and while giving to me a charge from someone they hadn't done such things because that person is now Area Manager of Company. Waiting for your reply soon...
