My qualification is MBA HR&Finance, pass out in the year Aug-2007. After my MBA, i tried for HR job. But i didn\'t get HR job in that rescission time. Presently i am working for a banking sector. But, i have interest to work as HR. Still i am trying to get a job in HR dept. But i did not get any calls. Please suggest me, how can i get a job as HR executive/manager in a good company with good CTC.

Already you are in banking sector. There are better scope in banking sector. As already 5 years over I hope its not so easy got get Job change to HR. That too you are looking in good company with good Pay. I feel as its very hard. Even though you try you won't get job as per your requirement.
