How many of you, what is the size of your manpower? Whether your bio-matrix software linked to a server and if yes find out whether the SW can be ported to Excel sheet. Is this SW open to modifications for linking Excel. If these are possible, yes you may find it possible. If your manpower is small, say about in hundreds you can use Excel independently as well. Otherwise, you have to find out a SW in the market which is compatible to both bio-matrix applications/attendance recording system and Excel like worksheet. There are sufficient no.of providers of such ready made SWs which will have provision for modifications to suit your requirement.
