As regards ESIC Inspection you have to produce the following records.
1.Attendance Register
2.Wages Register
3.Copies of paid challans for remitting ESI contributions
4.Form 6 - Return of ESI contributions prescribed in the ESI Act
5.Form 7 - Employees Register prescribed in the ESI Act
6.Cash Book, Ledger, Vouchers and other connected records
7.Inspection Register prescribed in the ESI Act
8.Accident Register prescribed in the ESI Act
